This survey will provide us with comprehensive information about your hair and it will require you to tell us about specific products and medications that you use. Thus, it may be ideal for you to be in close proximity to them for you to reference. The more detailed you are, the better we will be able to help you. Also, please have a ruler or tape measure in hand to determine your hairs’ length before you start the survey.
